hi Manohar,
as saroja told , i will do in the same manner, but i will add some "GARLIC PEARLS" IN addition.
i.e., grind green chillies, pottu kalai, salt, coconut, garlic .and in a separate pan, add oil, kadugu, curry leaves, perungayam, and pour it... thats it.
NOTE: add garlic, according with the measure of other ingredients, otherwise, u will get the "soda-vil ulla gas mathiri nakkula erium".
VARIATION:garlic and other ingredients at one time, and the other time avoid "garlic" and add "ginger".
sella paer "meen kozamppum idly sappiduvanga, sssssssromba taste-ta irukkum.....
o.k., Take care. sorry about the long reply.

Sesame Chutney
Roast sesame seeds and red chillies with a spoon of oil. Make a powder of the sesame seeds and chillies in the Innomix dry grinder jar or chutney jar depending upon the quantity. In a sauce pan, add a spoon of oil and add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds pop, add finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Then add tamarind paste, water, salt and a pinch of brown sugar. Once the water boils, add the sesame powder and let it cook for a few minutes. It tastes very good with idlies.
