Recipe for Chicken Kuzhambu, anyone?

Do anyone know how to make South Indian Chicken Kuzhambu? I am searching for a good recipe to make this. Can any one help me? Is there any links for the same.

Hai, Here is a recipe.Always whole chicken tastes good for kuzhambu.Take 1 whole chicken cut into big portions.bay leaves,cloves,cinnamon sticks poppy seeds(khus khus),cardamom ,onions-1big,ginger garlic paste 4tsp,tomatoes-2,turmeric powder-1/2tsp,chilli powder-3tsp,coriander powder3tsp,salt to taste,oil -3tbsp,black pepper powder-2tsp,curry leaves and dhania together half a bunch, grated fresh coconut and sombu or perunjeeragam-2tsp.In a vessel put washed and cut chicken,add a pinch turmeric powder,pepper powder ginger garlic paste 2tsp a little salt,let this boil for 15 mins.Now in a big vessel put oil,poppy seeds ,bay leaves,cloves,cinnamon sticks,cardamom then add cut onions,cut green chillies,ginger garlic paste,diced tomatoes,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder salt.Fry till oil comes out,then add the cooked chicken.Let it cook for some time.Grind coconut and sombu.Finally add ground coconut mix curry leaves and dhania.let it come to boil.Never cook chicken in a cooker.If you like to add lemon juice you can add it atlast(before putting the stove off)Always cook the non veg 2 or 3hrs before you serve.Try and let me know...!
