Recently I watched some Malayalam cine actors stage shows.Almost all dances and most of the songs are from Tamil than malayalam.I agree Malayalam may not have that much dance numbers like Tamil ,but they tried to show some tamil dances which are not even popular in Tamil nadu.Malayalam -they used only for announcements and vulgur skits...I think most of the mallu actors are based on Madras and they tried to create a Tamil film culture in Kerala.

  Recent Asianet awards,you can see only tamil dances.Actors including Mohanlal competing to play tamil movie dances.Atleast Amma needs to promote Malayalam...
