Good writer, sometimes vulgar but always deals with unrealistic yet haunting plots...

Some DHL trivia:
I have forgotten the name of the piece by DH Lawrence where he had written a commentary on the second World War.
Many world leaders were fully aware of the deplorable and despicble crimes against humanity going on in the Nazi concentration camps from 1939-44. According to DHL all of them, but one, gave some evasive answer. DHL said only Mahatma Gandhi gave the sincerest response: I think it was that the camp inmates should all commit suicide !

D.H.Lawrence was a realistic writer about real life miseries, love and passion.
His works were recognised only many years after his death. Some banned books were later accepted as marvellous.

Even if he is 'vulgar', at least the content has it's purpose and some kind of a deeper meaning, thats what I love about him.

with passage of time meaning of D.H.Lawerance ficton has changed.Lady Chatterly Lover, which was once banned is now considered poetic novel.Different writers have written about so called vulger content to be easthetic.anyway now vulgarity is a thing of perception.I find Neha Dhpia's "Julie's" promos on TV more vulger than a banned fiction.
