One of Kodambakkam’s leading music directors, Yuvan Shankar Raja, turned 29 yesterday. Although his birthday was largely a family affair, he also attended a cake cutting ceremony hosted by his friends at the sets of Saroja. The entire crew of Saroja including director Venkat Prabhu and producer Amma creations Siva were present at the occasion.
Yuvan’s career is every musician’s envy and the youngster has achieved more than what others did in a less span of time in the industry. Behindwoods wishes Yuvan a very happy birthday and a successful career ahead.

Yuvan Shankar Raja the fabulous music composer has celebrated his birthday with a big bash in the premises of Amma Creations. The table was set with a giant yellow and white cake with flowers on either side. A huge hoarding wishing the ‘Raja of Saroja’ makes up the backdrop which looks celebratory with colorful balloons. The media waits, cameras ready to click as Saroja’s producer T. Siva and director Venkat Prabhu give final touches to the scene.
Right at this moment as if in a Kollywood movie, Yuvan steps in to cut the birthday cake with lot of cheers from Premji, Vaibhav, Charan, Vega, Venkat and RJ Siva.This is the first time Yuvan has celebrated his birthday before the media. Venkat Prabhu had arranged a small surprise bash for him at midnight at the Kalasa studio with just all his friends.

'Saroja' Contest Winners Announced!

Amma Creations in association with Indiaglitz ran a weeklong contest which was met with tremendous responses. The question, 'Which song does Yuvan feature in the film 'Saroja'? was answered correctly by thousands of patrons. Lots were prepared and picked by Yuvan and the producer of the film T. Siva.
Autographed Saroja Music Album CDs would be dispatched to the winners soon. The winners were announced as part of Yuvan Shankar Raja's surprise birthday celebrations that was hosted by the 'Saroja' team.

'Saroja' Team Celebrates Yuvan's Birthday

Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja celebrated his 29th birthday which was actually a surprise party arranged by the cast and crew of the 'Saroja' team. The party was held on the 31st of August as a token of gratitude for the success of the musical score composed by Yuvan for 'Saroja'.
Yuvan has attained a special place in the Tamil film music industry with his captivating music and background scores. He has indeed lived up to his father's name and is a valued asset for Kollywood. He is very keenly sought after by by ace directors of recent times for his brilliant scores.
The occasion was celebrated at the Amma Creations office premises. The celebrities present on the occasion were producer T. Siva, director Venkat Prabhu, Mirchi Siva, Premji, Vaibhav, Prakash Raj, Vega, and cameraman Shakthi Saravanan.

Yuvan stormed to Kalasa in a brand new white BMW M6 coupe and stunned everyone around.Soon stories started to pop out,some saying it was a birthday gift from his father.The car comes with a whopping 1.2crore price tag and is a direct import from Germany. Whatever...this young man has got amazing sense of aesthetics.
